A: No, it is 4 road service calls per member per membership year. This means if you have a membership for you and your spouse, you would be entitled to 4 road service calls plus your spouse would also be entitled to 4 road service calls for that particular membership year. The call services refresh when you renew your membership upon the expiration date of that particular year.
A: Sorry, we don’t tow from garage to garage. We are a road service, not a tow service. We would hope that you call your mechanic and state the problem to them so they can, at that time, tell you what to do. Whether it be to tow to their shop for a diagnostics check, or to a shop that would be able to handle that particular situation. We don’t tow away from a garage that we towed into for reasons of price or convenience.
